Eskridge Terrace embodies all the characteristics of the perfect DC neighborhood with its eclectic flare and a unique composition of old and new. Our latest Palisades creation represents the 7th custom build and/or renovation project that we completed on Eskridge Terrace over the years. Completed in the summer of 2011, this unique 4-level custom home features vintage exterior characteristics such as an impressive stone porch with a standing seam metal roof above, stone and siding veneer, and a custom pergola. The interior, however, is a pleasant surprise with a streamlined, trendy theme. A dramatic panelized foyer, a designer kitchen with pendant lighting over the island, contemporary tile designs, and a sleek but impressive trim package produced a modern vibe in this beautiful home.
