Engineer Jake Hanlon is passionate about perfecting every detail. Having built homes for more than 30 years, Jake’s expertise spans from structural engineering to the latest advances in green building techniques. His commitment to high standards and precision has made him sought after by the area’s top architects, craftsmen, and tradesmen. A believer in never-ending learning, Jake is dedicated to employing state-of-the-art materials and techniques in all his projects.

We volunteer with the Women's Museum and Jubilee JumpStart program. We also offer housing to needy individuals in some of our vacant homes prior to razing or renovating.
